What do you like best about the leadership team?
Diverse backgrounds. Building for the long term and addressing issues where grwoth has caused challenges in systems and processes

Leadership team needs to understand that the whole company is what makes it great and recognize that. Playing favorites in a workplace is gross

Nice to be compensated based on how well company is doing through PSUs. Motivates me to work harder for the success of company.

Lots of energy. Lots of experience scaling companies previuosly and excited to help Twist do the same
