The benfits are great. The problem with this company is, If you are not part of the family or Kin to someone that allready works there, then you are not welcome.

They need basic knowledge of maintenance
If your a new hire and if one of the employees doesnt like you, you will probably be fired.

They need to welcome new employees and treat them as equal and not judge that person from who they are kin too at the company.
