Company is filled with mediocrity. Investors shouuld take their investment $ to RIAs for better advice. UBS adds layer of fees on top of money manager fee. They promote generic UBS model investment pirtfolios instead of tailored solutions. Advisors are more or less reduced to role of peddlers. .

Too many problems with this company from top down and bottom up.

I had an excellent assistant but not everyone is that lucky at UBS.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Their goal is to extract as much fee ae they can from clients. Investors can find better advice at much lower cost elsewhere.
