IT BEATS OUT ALL OTHER HOSPITAL PACKAGES

The 401k match is excellent. I am also fully covered by health insurance, which is great coverage.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Workers hired currently without University experience are coming in at either same rate or higher than workers who have been with University for over 10 years. To obtain equity increase requires massive documentation and justification on part of department, so department not necessarily willing.

Adjust wages in line with the local cost of living.

I think as a student I am taken advantage of by minimum wage.

I believe that I should be paid the right amount of money for my field and amount of work the job entails.
