What do you like best about the leadership team?
all the coworkers were so friendly and help us very much like a team
Department leadership is doing the best they can as they are overworked and stressed most of the week.

Despotic leadership and decadence are the hallmarks of UCSD.

The 401k match is excellent. I am also fully covered by health insurance, which is great coverage.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Workers hired currently without University experience are coming in at either same rate or higher than workers who have been with University for over 10 years. To obtain equity increase requires massive documentation and justification on part of department, so department not necessarily willing.
Adjust wages in line with the local cost of living.

I think as a student I am taken advantage of by minimum wage.
I believe that I should be paid the right amount of money for my field and amount of work the job entails.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Most of the staff are friendly. All are extremely intelligent.
That we care about our patients the same
The most positive is that we all do small talk and care about each other.

Less paperwork and easier ways to get permissions etc.
