Great benefits overall as a company, however the leadership needs tremendous work.
all the coworkers were so friendly and help us very much like a team
Mainly working at this organization for the health benefit package. Department is managed in a crisis mode model, so staff take blame for management incompetency.
It's not a place I would recommend for people who have other employment opportunities.
