I feel everyone respects the CEO and I have never heard anything negative

offer more incentives- financial and otherwise-- bonuses would be nice on a regular basis, despite how the company is doing financially. Bonuses are great for morale. It makes everyone feel worthwhile

the whole company has been growing steadily over the past few years

my co-workers are great

who knows.. Most of it is a secret and we often find out well after the fact

it could be better, financially speaking. I feel , for the amount of work and responsibilities, the pay should be much higher

fair, I suppose, except for yearly reviews. Don't mark your calendar for a review to be on time... It won't happen

very fast paced, for the most part. It has to be because we are short staffed for the amount of the workload. Certain departments really could use more people.
