Reduce price increases and surchargea
Replying to consumers request to start new service. Since there is no physical place to apply for new service you are at the mercy of contract workers that respond when the wind blows their way. Have been waiting for several months to get a call to start new service.
Billing errors on American water and customer service is not helpful and have a i dont care attitude. 4 months ago American determined an error on their meter and ive had incorrect billing since. They give the standard it must be a leak in your hone and/or a toilet running. Its pathetic!
Again, a team, everyone on the team is always ready to help in anyway
