What do you like best about the leadership team?
They need to help or emergency then we can fix it quick or special order parts for Wastewater Treatment Plant , Water Treatment Plant , Water main , Sewer Lift stations and etc.
Always encouraging and positive engery
nothing, they do "town halls" we get to submit questions, but they do not get answered. poor communication

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Better than any other company
Overall a solid compensation package
Very generous Health Insurance plan.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
largest water utility....most been here over 20 years, just now making $20 a hour
compensation is never evaluated for increases only for executives
What are some of the best things about your team?
training and teach them to right job and repair or replace its.
Again, a team, everyone on the team is always ready to help in anyway

Make sure to make plan with permit then replace or repair its.
AW includes with great emphasis on culture awareness and we have an environment that is enjoyable to work in

internal communications department is run by a very negative senior director who bullies employees Look at the turnover in dapartment
