The Leadership team at Uline is extremely smart, talented and accessible to anyone and all in the company. You want to work with these individuals. They challenge the employees but also provide guidance and open communication.
They care a ton about their employees and the culture of the company. They want every to enjoy coming to work!
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Support employees more, take action when people confide in HR.
Hiring only black and white.
Leadership managing people and less favoritism
Zero communication. Not with the employees or even with themselves.
Listening to analysts and other employees ideas, most want to help the company, not hurt it.
Consideration of employees. MOve the culture into the 21sty century and out of the 1950's Mad Men scenario.
Respecting employees , better communication
Professionalism, treating all employees the same instead of having clicks. Managers should not be involved in clicks in a company.
They need to get better at promoting individuals based off of merit and not favoritism.
