What is the best part about your compensation package?
Great benefits thst are low cost
Yearly bonus, insurance, and the extra activities/freebies they give us.
End of year bonus, pay is good.
Profit share bonus (has been near 20k before)

What are some of the best things about your team?
The people who work in the cubicles at Uline corporate are amazing and caring people. We work hard together and support one another. I would venture to say there is a trauma bond that forces employees to care for each other more than in a healthy work environment.

My team is great. Everyone does their part and doesn't leave it to the other person. Manager is also fair and effective.
