- What would you improve about your company's interview process?It would be great if they didn't lie to you. I told them I didn't want a cold calling, sales like job. Then suddenly you have budgets to meet, occurrences for not meeting budgets and everything is about numbers.

- What's going wrong and how can it be improved?Everything is going wrong. They're advertising is laced with lies, they use smoke and mirrors to trap people into enrolling. Interested in UMA? Prepare to get harassed daily, multiple times. Through calling, texting, and emailing.
