What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?I get to work from home and cry in my bedroom because this job is a nightmare.
What did you like most about the interview process?The fact that it was done via Microsoft Teams and the person who interviewed (and ultimately hired me) was my actual supervisor
What would you improve about your company's interview process?It would be great if they didn't lie to you. I told them I didn't want a cold calling, sales like job. Then suddenly you have budgets to meet, occurrences for not meeting budgets and everything is about numbers.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?Everything is going wrong. They're advertising is laced with lies, they use smoke and mirrors to trap people into enrolling. Interested in UMA? Prepare to get harassed daily, multiple times. Through calling, texting, and emailing.
