AFFORDABLE and easily accessed, some employer paid benefits available
Paid time off is incredible
Compensation is very fair for a nonprofit post-secondary school.
From the very beginning they lied. You do exceptional work and go above and beyond? They reward you with more work, picking up slack from favored people on the Team that somehow don't get in trouble despite cutting corners. UMA makes everything work for them, not you.
Salary should be a bit higher with appropriate bonus. Not terribly low but for my experience and acumen it is below industry standards

They need to let people do their job, and stop whining about us not reacting to your childish gifs in the chat with an emoji. We're grown adults and this is not social media. We could work better together if those we worked under WERE BETTER.

I get to work from home and cry in my bedroom because this job is a nightmare.
Teams take time to interact with one another, sometimes to play a game or other moral-based activity, which is HIGHLY appreciated when you and most of your co-workers work remotely.

The fact that it was done via Microsoft Teams and the person who interviewed (and ultimately hired me) was my actual supervisor

It would be great if they didn't lie to you. I told them I didn't want a cold calling, sales like job. Then suddenly you have budgets to meet, occurrences for not meeting budgets and everything is about numbers.

Everything about this place is wrong its full of lies and ran by liars
Everything is going wrong. They're advertising is laced with lies, they use smoke and mirrors to trap people into enrolling. Interested in UMA? Prepare to get harassed daily, multiple times. Through calling, texting, and emailing.
