Extremely toxic environment, management sets you up for failure and punishes ambition. I've literally worked with someone on my team who, when accused of sexually harassing teammates with text evidence to prove it, was PROMOTED rather than fired to make the problem go away. Worst job I've ever had.

Accountability. Leadership is the epitome of incompetence, everything gets pushed down the ladder for others to fix. I've never seen a company work so hard at doing things wrong before. After intense chest pain for months and a psychological breakdown, I quit and it was the best thing to happen!

I like everything that company is adding on package

I performed three different jobs with only one job title since UKG refuses to hire enough staff. The company consistently spends money on dumb things like cameo videos or mock game shows as some kind of reward, rather than paying fairly or hiring more staff that would actually help.

Employees who close cases the fastest, even with completely wrong answers, are rewarded and promoted. A huge company trait is to ignore others in the hopes that someone else will do it. Its 100% obvious that profit is their only driving factor, not performance or quality, certainly not employees.

Nothing. They spew propaganda about culture and people first when none of it ends up being true. 100% frat boy culture, with tons of nepotism. Customers and managers are abusive, criticism is quickly silenced, thoroughness is penalized. Do yourself a favor and RUN.

More communication. Multiple interviews, with delayed email rejections and poor reasons given. Internal movement is limited to the managers' friends or hookups in the office. They lie through their teeth about the work environment, benefits, and company values.

Customers are ignored, given the run around, or just left with no support. Leadership is completely tone deaf to their employees. Management is disconnected and disorganized. Work load is off the charts, and work life balance is completely non-existent.
