They listen and provide us the tools, insight, and leadership to get our job done and they do not micromanage our efforts.

It is about average overall.
It is fair and rewarding.
Bonus up to 20% based on sales. Have not missed yet.

What are some of the best things about your team?
Hardworking, talented, passionate professionals who are genuinely good people.
One team is the mindset of our team. Even in a remote setting, we are all actively engaged with each other daily and work together often to solve customer challenges.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The way everyone pulls together to support each other. It is the first real team environment I have encountered.
The words we choose to speak and write, the attitude we choose to take, and the leadership that embraces and encourages a positive, solution-oriented environment.
Open, friendly with no expectation that work is more important that family.

What did you like most about the interview process?
It was a fast process.
At that time, we were smaller and I was able to meet with the primary leaders up my chain. I was able to ask questions about the future of the company and plans for how I could benefit and support those goals.
Far more open ended quesitons with fewer specific problem details.
