The leadership team genuinely cares about the people, they are transparent about what they can be transparent about, and the culture is important to them.

caring more about the workers instead of just the clients

My compensation is competitive for the market.

currently the amount of money i make right now is temporay

We focus on being intentional about everything we do. We collaborate often. We don't restrict people who are experts at what they do. We are always open to change and new ideas.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The people! I love the people I work with. They are smart, talented, and I have formed strong friendships with several of my coworkers. I also love that we focus on helping people grow and get to where they want to be.

Getting to meet the President of the company, he still meets with everyone who joins.
