Overall, the leadership in my current role is very good. I do believe that there are opportunities for growth, but they are doing a good job. Improved areas could be transparency, team-building, and fostering/making employees aware of more growth opportunities (promotions, raises, how to elevate you
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
We do meet a lot. We meet far more than in any other job that I have had. In many cases, the meetings are productive, but sometimes, we are waiting for someone to arrive to lead the meeting. Also, the meeting "ice breakers" tend to go on too long.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I think that one of the most negative things about the work environment is the actual work space. There are very few windows in the office and those that are there are in conference rooms, leadership offices, or blocked by tall cubical walls. Also, the front area is painted with a dark gray paint.
