- Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?I bring a lot of pivotability to our team and am constantly needing to change plans in a heart beat due to inadequate ingredients. It works really be nice to have things ordered on time instead of not or never. This becomes very frustrating.
- What does the leadership team need to get better at?Seeing the work and care we put into our job for the elderly. Its not always about the money
