Lisa Madion — Senior Vice President, Corporate Services at Unisys

Lisa joined Unisys in July 2015 as Director of Operations, Strategy and Planning for the U.S. & Canada region of the Enterprise Solutions organization. From January 2016 to December 2020 she served as global Vice President, Global Operations and Strategy, for Enterprise Solutions. In that role she was responsible for holding Enterprise Regional vice presidents/general managers accountable for executing strategy and key initiatives established by senior leadership. Toward that end, she established organizational policies and ensured that budgets, schedules and performance standards were defined, communicated and attained. Lisa also provided senior-level staff support by monitoring critical activities involved in the achievement of client engagement, financial, service quality and operational objectives.

Prior to joining Unisys, Lisa was Chief of Staff for the Travel and Transportation vertical organization of Dell Services, and Chief of Staff for the Technical Sales Specialist team in Dell’s Infrastructure, Cloud, and Computing line of business. Lisa’s unrelenting focus on serving clients by building effective teams was cultivated during her tenure as a Customer Executive for a number of outsourcing engagements across the company’s Manufacturing and Retail vertical organizations. In these roles, she was responsible for overall service delivery, customer relationships, identifying efficiency opportunities and achieving operational and financial targets.
