When I first joined the company I really enjoyed the work I was doing but unfortunately with the new safety and service supervisor the job has gone down hill and fast. With the attitude of if you don't like it, you know where the door is.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Sack the supervisor and most of the management

Employing a supervisor that knows what they are doing

The old supervisor maybe they should bring him back
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Properties are going downhill. Sales and site staff are only interested in getting money off customers
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The safety team is looked down on by all the other staff. We are the low of the low.
What are some of the best things about your team?
You are not allowed to voice your opinion the meetings are just the supervisor telling you what you have done wrong and how you're going to work
