There's a big "Work hard, play hard" culture, and while there's a big "work family" atmosphere, it definitely is a one way relationship. I was not happy having my health put at risk over COVID because of decisions made by senior management.
That I love the company I work for and the people I work with. I have been given so many great opportunities that I am truly grateful for!
I have been given the resources to continuously grow and develop my skills at this company. It is a truly amazing and diverse place to work.
They are honest and what they said would happen, the timeline and the success is in line to what was discussed on day one.
