Communication is very strong plus but honesty in communication is an area that leadership should explore. Respect is also something they need to stress on
Streamlined process but targeted by invite . Should not post the job just send it to the targeted candidate to reduce waited time from they system side and the other candidate side
Because my peers are paid more . And there is no difference in other compensation for either one of us so it is not an equal pay job . It goes by preference and that is fine but reasonable gap should be considered .
