What do you like best about the leadership team?
My leader is very supportive of my goals and uses my skills in productive ways. I never feel like I'm being micromanaged or that my talents are wasted.

Communication is very strong plus but honesty in communication is an area that leadership should explore. Respect is also something they need to stress on
People - clearly a "profits over people" company. Happy to chew up and spit out its "most valuable asset" to line the pockets of execs and shareholders Communication - poor, inconsistent, mixed messages Leadership - frequent leadership changes leads to constant strategy shifts

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Pay is higher than competetive for my role
it is fair and includes a bonus and equity
That it is fair wage for a fair days work.
Our insurance is pretty good compared to other companies.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Because my peers are paid more . And there is no difference in other compensation for either one of us so it is not an equal pay job . It goes by preference and that is fine but reasonable gap should be considered .

What are some of the best things about your team?
The collaboration and culture. No one's voice is drowned out and we all take the time to support each other's weaknesses. There is an openness to debate and opportunities to learn and a general culture of comradery.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Excessive and unproductive meetings. Lack of a cohesive and consistent strategy and roles/responsibilities means everyone is involved in everything, but there isn't enough ownership, accountability, and empowerment for anyone to actually drive tasks to closure

What did you like most about the interview process?
I was interviewed by my direct supervisor and his supervisor in a one-on-one environment. The tone was relaxed and the questions asked were focused on how I would apply my skillset to the job.
Met with senior leaders and got a face to face.

I am used to very regimental type interviews this one was more relaxed.

What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Streamlined process but targeted by invite . Should not post the job just send it to the targeted candidate to reduce waited time from they system side and the other candidate side
It took months--that should have been my warning sign! Very poor communication during interview/candidacy process. Insufficient opportunity to get to know the company and team Onboarding was an absolute nightmare. Took months to sort everything out

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Excessively complex and bureaucratic organization - accomplishing daily administrative tasks feels like a miracle. Poor focus - strategy constantly shifts, and is not translated effectively into team-level objectives or individual goals. Performance management is effectively non-existent.
