Because my peers are paid more . And there is no difference in other compensation for either one of us so it is not an equal pay job . It goes by preference and that is fine but reasonable gap should be considered .

Excessive and unproductive meetings. Lack of a cohesive and consistent strategy and roles/responsibilities means everyone is involved in everything, but there isn't enough ownership, accountability, and empowerment for anyone to actually drive tasks to closure

It took months--that should have been my warning sign! Very poor communication during interview/candidacy process. Insufficient opportunity to get to know the company and team Onboarding was an absolute nightmare. Took months to sort everything out

Excessively complex and bureaucratic organization - accomplishing daily administrative tasks feels like a miracle. Poor focus - strategy constantly shifts, and is not translated effectively into team-level objectives or individual goals. Performance management is effectively non-existent.
