Great work culture, but the pay could be much better for certain departments being that the company makes so much money. I have a bachelor's degree & get paid less than 40k/year.

We work together to meet the team's goals and help each other when we get stuck.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Getting paid more hourly. Getting paid less than 40k in 2021 as someone with a bachelor's degree is demeaning.
