
Those interviewing were knowledgeable about the position and what I was being hired to do.
People are hired as worker bees and not for their actual skills and then under payed. Using my professional skillset and paying competitively would make me feel better.
No work from home option. Clocking in and out; labeling workers as salaried when they are hourly, so many untrained managers that are called "leaders"; lots of separations that affect workers is not addressed
