My direct team lead is great and understands personal needs of all of his team members. He doesn't micromanage and trusts us to work independantly.

Very neglectful leadership. They only care about market growth and money. They have a way of writing the narrative on their own image and reputation when in reality the mass majority of UWM employees are very stressed out.
