What do you like best about the leadership team?
My direct team lead is great and understands personal needs of all of his team members. He doesn't micromanage and trusts us to work independantly.
Always there to help or guide in sticky situations
They are nice, but again its about cutting costs. There is a lot of swallowing coolaid here
I like the family shes built on the pod. Its always sad to see a member leave but its never because of her just the company

What is the best part about your compensation package?
The health insurance is reasonaly priced
The pay is not competitive with other lenders or industry averages so the only benefit is the benefits. They have one of the best insurance packages available. Any bonus or incentive structure is temporary/difficult to reach, if offered at all, and is not reliable income.

Other professionals to be able to bounce ideas off of.
My team is great at coaching and putting us on the right path.
Just being around those I work with
Incredibly smart and looking to how we can be better every day

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
You have to pretend to be happy
The coworkers around me are positive. Upper management is the issue.
Majorityvof the people are nice and we get free drinks.
The free soda and amenities that you never have time to use

It's all fake. Nobody is actually happy at UWM besides the top 1% leadership team.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I liked most that they were very upfront and honest
It was personable. It helped not being so nervous
It was conversational, not just an question/answer situation.
Those interviewing were knowledgeable about the position and what I was being hired to do.
It's easy to get a job there because no one wants to work there

My coworkers and team lead
Being in a calm environment
Watching my team succeed and us hitting our goals.
I can listen to music and take lunch at my own time.
