Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The amout of responsibilities are huge and I am not getting payed as I should
I feel we put in a large deal of work only to get nickle and dimes on things like time off, lunch breaks, etc. and I feel we are paid below industry standard.
401k or pay raise would make me feel better
I recorded a shift manager when she cussed me, yelled at me, accused me of untrue things, called me inappropriate names, and said she was going to cut my hours. My hours were cut. The manger and the cooks, her boyfriend & her roommate, told lies to the store manger. AND NOTHING HAPPENED TO HER!
