i loved my position but am currently looking for another department where i could be more of an asset and have a positive day to day experience once more.
What is the best part about your compensation package?

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
updating methods for a digital age would be ideal as well as combating condescension in the workplace.
What did you like most about the interview process?
it gave me a snapshot of what i thought i was signing up for! it was so fresh and the onboarding team made us feel like we were joining a family.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
sexism and favoritism needs to be addressed in certain departments. we should be industry leaders and lead by example, but instead, forward thinkers are quieted and we are so separated as a company that support is few and far between.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
i enjoy some of the community at my work, but the support when it comes to dealing with important healthy work environment issues is lacking. i commonly feel condescended and management was unhelpful in reaching resolution. i wish this had been as wonderful of an experience as i was hoping it to be.
