I was a referral, so I'm not sure I'm qualified to answer this question.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Small team, so we know each other well and work well together after years of being a team.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel we put in a large deal of work only to get nickle and dimes on things like time off, lunch breaks, etc. and I feel we are paid below industry standard.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Sexism is still a thing at this company (At this office) and management tends to lean on the side to favor whoever is "higher up" in the company rather than who is actually right.
