I recorded a shift manager when she cussed me, yelled at me, accused me of untrue things, called me inappropriate names, and said she was going to cut my hours. My hours were cut. The manger and the cooks, her boyfriend & her roommate, told lies to the store manger. AND NOTHING HAPPENED TO HER!
i enjoy some of the community at my work, but the support when it comes to dealing with important healthy work environment issues is lacking. i commonly feel condescended and management was unhelpful in reaching resolution. i wish this had been as wonderful of an experience as i was hoping it to be.

Sexism is still a thing at this company (At this office) and management tends to lean on the side to favor whoever is "higher up" in the company rather than who is actually right.
sexism and favoritism needs to be addressed in certain departments. we should be industry leaders and lead by example, but instead, forward thinkers are quieted and we are so separated as a company that support is few and far between.
Employees never do any deep cleaning. No extra cleaning is done.
Many areas of the company are very hierarchical and managed in an old school way

The managers should be professional and set a good example. New employees should be correctly trained.
