Punish managers for lying. Hire managers who have management training. Make our job requirements crystal clear.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Our meetings are mostly a waste. We are told rules like schoolchildren and management cannot answer really questions.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The current management are toxic. They won't act on our complaints. They manipulate the system to get rid of employees.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
My manager is a liar. Everyone knows he is a liar and in many ways underhanded and deceptive. Many have filed complaints with HR and they have made no known efforts to correct him.
