Team has a labor union support group. The labor union reviews our work skills and abilities. We are given ways to make our work performance better.

I am able to choose how much to save with multiple options. I also was introduced to different saving plans when I was in my hiring process.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Universal Studios Hollywood has a system when it comes to hiring employees and it took a really long time to get hired part-time, but there are many benefits. Working at Universal Studios helps me save financially.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The culture is for those who come in to work and leave. It is not a company that expects us to change our lifestyle to fit the corporate culture. There are many third party agencies that are connected to Universal Studios.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The interview was made for me at the last minute so I did not have time to get ready for it. My skills and qualifications helped me get interviewed in the first place, but after I was hired to perform the job, I made many changes to the way I work, communicate, and handle situations.
