What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone's high empathy level. We often say that "it's OK to not be OK". You can bring your whole (human) self to work - everyone's unique personality shines through.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The free Macbook, the generous budget I got to set up my home office, and the fact that I could expense a monthly sum for a co-working space are pretty amazing perks, but my favorites are the $1.5k ETH airdrop, and the $1.5k yearly budget we can use toward continuous learning.
