They treat you like actual human beings not just someone to perform a task. They allow you to take time when needed and give a generous amount of PTO and paid holidays for their employees. They are always looking for ways to include everyone regardless of their role no matter how big or small.

A handful of ex-FAANG here, obviously they wouldn't work here unless the compensation was competitive

Love having solid medical benefits and a proper 401k. Focus on company equity rather than some random token is great

I feel like a true stakeholder in the org, the equity package was very generous; I have a vested interest in working with my colleagues to see this place succeed. The salary and bonus are stellar and rival even the big names such as Amazon and Google.

Everyone is free and encouraged to just be themselves. It may sound cliche, but it's true. This is especially important considering we have a global team ... really getting to know and make friends with people from all over the world is one of the most valuable intangible benefits of working at UD.

It was super casual and friendly, which created a level of comfort and empowered me to be myself throughout the entire process.

How fast I got the job. I felt like we covered the wide array of tasks I would be doing. The interviewer was also very upfront about any challenges that would come up. It was nothing to really be concerned about, but they did not hide anything.

I liked the take home test / case study portion. Gave me the ability to get a better idea of the role expectations hands on
