Nice coworkers and atmosphere. There is room for improvement from management.
Bullying is rampant and no one does anything about it. You just have to put your head down and take it because HR is friends with the C suite and wont take action.
I have been here a year and a half, and could not be happier. Every workplace has drawbacks, but I haven't found many yet at UPC. There are the free lunches 3x a week, and then occasionally snacks or additional free food will pop up. We celebrate birthdays every month, and everyone is so nice.
I would recommend UPC Insurance to anyone who likes fast-paced and rewarding cultures.
