What do you like best about the leadership team?
Fast-paced, intelligent, fun, and accurate
They really listen to ideas from everyone, down the the admins.
Motivational and they listen... when you SPEAK UP.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Bullying is allowed at the leadership level, and HR is in the back pocket of all the ops leaders so you have to take the whipping.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The 401K match and the full tuition reimbursement.
Salary, free meals and company picnic.
Free lunch 3 times a week! Bonuses every year. Great health insurance package.
It could be a little higher, but I've gotten two raises and promotions in two years. That plus bonus are nice.

What are some of the best things about your team?
Very personable and great to work with. Everyone is a fast learner.
Some of them are hard working and smart.
Good people, all committed to the goal, funny and laid-back.
I LOVE my team. We are strong and we get things done. I also love the meetings that we have here. I've been at companies where meetings go in circles and nothing productive comes out of them. Here, we have action items and stuff gets done! We have to. It's growing too fast.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Some good people work there but few are in positions of power.
The company and culture is infectious. Everyone here always has a smile on their faces. Even the poor claims people who get yelled at all the time by policyholders. They still have a great attitude and love their workplace.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Loved meeting the people who would end up being my supervisor and team leader, and even the COO!

Free lunches every Wed, Thu and Fri
Ability to shine if you want to. They cater to your personality and help you find the right fit. The free food 3 days a week helps. :)
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Pure chaos with no planning. Leaders can make excuses so they have no accountability.
