work closely together, honest, lean on each other daily,
coffee, putting a smile on the teams face, helping the patients,
some leadership are great in communication, other seems to lack which causes a problem day to day
communication, and dealing with day to day issues. Not to just point fingers when something goes wrong
Start from the top and clean house, need people who are willing to work with each other , not talk about them behind their back. Or do things to make yourself look better on paper.
i feel that when raises are given out, the manger gives across the board, which is not the way to go about things. There are workers that give 100% and beyond daily who should be compensated
