There is a lot of disfunction between workers and management. Communication is a big issue. Things are dependent on teams though as each time is wildly different from each other. Some teams are very poorly ran and some are great to be apart of.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Communication between workers and leadership. Low level management could benefit from simple Management courses
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Training and brining new hires up to speed is painfully slow. Every transition leads to established workers to take on majority of the work load while others do very little.
