Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Tendency to overwork on projects that never happen.
No equally paid, based on genre and background
no where for me to grow. no bonus', no nothing.. I wouldn't say this is a dead end job? but it feels like it. AND I feel very under appreciated

integration, collaboration and team work

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The people are mostly nice
The company tries to do events but employees don't feel the enthusiasm to participate
it's a thriving environment. Sometimes it's TOO busy. It's advertising!

Just exhausted of having to press with Project managers that don't understand timelines and account managers that don't understand them either.
