Urbansitter used to be amazing, its went downhill a lot after covid. Its expensive and you no longer get the good quality.

App is easy to use and love that my employer gave us a credit.
The customer service is rote. You cant talk to a person. They tend to be less than educated on what they say on their website versus what they really do.

I love having so much of my health/dental/vision covered with little coming out of pocket. But maternity/disability leave could be better.
