Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
A day off here or there would be nice. Those who dictate mandatory 7 day workweeks only work 5 days. Follow through with your promises!
Temps being paid double time on Sunday.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Skill levels are unprecedented in their field
All are very friendly and always helping rach other

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Than they listen to employees and hive opirtunities to anybody
Honestly it's hard to say.
They really care about the safety
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
More top level engagement and community services
Stop being people in to sexually assault people and the supervisor needs to be a lot better
What did you like most about the interview process?
They make me feel so comfortable
I was interviewed by 2 different folks which gave me 2 different personality vibes to consider.
Meeting new faces and shaking hands
I did not interveiw but they are desperate for any warm body.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
When you only care about production numbers, and consider those who make them expendable, you will fail! Review and replace your entire management staff. I said staff and not team because a team works togethet
Need to build a new plan.
Not sure as at the Jackson facility people think just show up and your ok.
Just in general dont work there
