they lack the authority of a team lead.,a person was recently promoted to utility and no longer shows up on weekends., the trainer I spoke of overlooked short parts for an entire 2nd shift blaming the operator.

Temps being paid double time on Sunday.

Honestly it's hard to say.

I did not interveiw but they are desperate for any warm body.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Not sure as at the Jackson facility people think just show up and your ok.
