Not professional; favortism; no work life balance.

Love it here! I am excited to come into work each day and work with the people I work with and toward improving our product. Everyone is caring, smart, forward-thinking, and helpful to one another.

I like working at UserIQ because of the people and the laidback atmosphere. I think we could be a really good company if we actually put effort in, but some of the leadership is resistant to doing the bare minimum.

They are always transparent and realistic with us, great about keeping us on track with goals, always pushing us to reach new heights, they show a dedication to each employee's professional and personal development.

We're friendly and laidback. We also don't stress about things too much since we don't seem to have strict deadlines.

The quality of the people. We have some serious company issues, but I think we all hang in there because we care about one another so much.

I was grateful that my boss and another manager didn't make a big deal about some negative things I said.

We don't have a clear product roadmap or release process due to lack of product leadership. Every other team in our company is suffering as a result.
