What do you like best about the leadership team?They are always transparent and realistic with us, great about keeping us on track with goals, always pushing us to reach new heights, they show a dedication to each employee's professional and personal development.
What are some of the best things about your team?My team is incredibly aligned with one another and with other teams within the company. They are all dedicated to success and innovation, always looking for better or more efficient ways to do things.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?It's hard work but people rarely complain. We're all dedicated to seeing things through and building a fantastic product and company together. We hold regular meetings about culture improvements and are always refining and getting better.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?We don't have a clear product roadmap or release process due to lack of product leadership. Every other team in our company is suffering as a result.
