What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are always transparent and realistic with us, great about keeping us on track with goals, always pushing us to reach new heights, they show a dedication to each employee's professional and personal development.
They're fairly transparent with us because we're such a small company.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The unlimited vacation policy is great.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is incredibly aligned with one another and with other teams within the company. They are all dedicated to success and innovation, always looking for better or more efficient ways to do things.
We're friendly and laidback. We also don't stress about things too much since we don't seem to have strict deadlines.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It's hard work but people rarely complain. We're all dedicated to seeing things through and building a fantastic product and company together. We hold regular meetings about culture improvements and are always refining and getting better.
The quality of the people. We have some serious company issues, but I think we all hang in there because we care about one another so much.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I was grateful that my boss and another manager didn't make a big deal about some negative things I said.
