- What's going wrong and how can it be improved?Management, trucks are not mechanically taken care of, and have no dock workers to load trucks fast enough. The supervisor is run to death trying to get trucks loaded himself and all drivers are there trying to help load. Drivers should only be drivers.,
- What does the leadership team need to get better at?Everything, communication, people doing there job, and better organization at terminsl.
