If you're having issues reading company protected announcements there are a couple of things you can do on your own to resolve the problem.

The first thing to try is to logout and log back into your MS Office programs. You can do that from outlook, excel, word, any of them (just need to do it once in one of the apps.)

Go to File, Office Account, Sign-out. Sign back in using your Office365 (same as your email) credentials and try to open those emails again.

If that does not resolve theissue the next thing to try is to compose a brand new email and then click on the "Options" tab. From there click on the down arrow under the "Permissions" option. This will allow you to download the permissions templates from our email server.
