I've only been here for 6 months, but I have had an outstanding experience here at UT Health. I tell everyone who asks how much I love my team and my job. I am grateful for the opportunity to work in such a positive environment.

Challenging- there is no clear career path for administration and pay is low with few opportunities for an increase. One has to craft their own path with little guidance from HR. Thankfully I found two very good mentors however even with their help mobility is difficult.
